Driver taken to hospital after crash near Thornbury
A WOMAN has been taken to hospital after a road traffic collision this morning.
West Yorkshire Police was called out at 7.10am by paramedics to Woodhall Lane, just outside Calverley Golf Club and close to Thornbury Barracks.
A car collided with a lamppost at the scene, the force said.
The driver was taken to hospital and police said there are not believed to be any serious injuries.
There were no other occupants in the car and the vehicle has since been recovered.
