IT is the last opportunity for people across the Bradford district to submit nominations for this year's T&A Education Awards.

The 2021 awards ceremony will once again take place 'virtually' due to Covid-19 restrictions and final nominations should be sent to the T&A by midnight this Friday.

The annual T&A Education Awards, which is in its eighth year, will be streamed live on the T&A website from 6.30pm on Thursday, April 29, with Steve Lowe, Sales Director at LocaliQ Bradford, presenting the awards over Zoom.

Although the awards will be taking place virtually, the excitement and joy will be real, as the winners will be announced live on screen.

A positive video featuring how students and teachers have overcome the effects of the pandemic will be shown and powerful messages will be given by T&A Group Editor Nigel Burton and a representative from Bradford Council.

A finalist keepsake supplement will be published in the T&A on Tuesday, April 27, and a winners supplement will be published on Tuesday, May 4.
