A BRADFORD doctor has dismissed potential Covid vaccine passports will see people give away their medical records.

Dr Amir Khan took part in a TV debate on whether vaccine passports the key for a return to freedom.

He says people need to get away from the idea that people are declaring their individual medical data.

Dr Khan says it is people’s choice not to take the vaccine but it impacts other people.

Speaking on today's Good Morning Britain, he said: “I don’t get this argument that we’re giving away our medical records.

“It is one point of your medical records. We are not asking for your deepest, darkest secret6s of what you have discussed with your GP. “It’s not a new concept.

“I have seen the devastation this virus has caused. I have had conversations with relatives who have lost people.

“Nobody should be forced into having it. It is always their choice. But those choices do have consequences because your choice impacts other people.

“There is increasing evidence that vaccines do reduce transmission.”
