A DRIVER had his vehicle seized after being involved in a damage-only road traffic collision today and admitting to having no licence or insurance.
The incident occurred in Southfield Lane, Bradford.
The car seized had extensive damage to the front and the driver was reported to court.
The second car only had minor damage.
