BRADFORD Council says its crews will be working tomorrow to fulfil the bin collections missed due to this week’s heavy snow.
Tuesday’s wintry conditions saw the district’s bin collections suspended for the day, but now the local authority’s crews are catching up to make up the backlog.
The council tweeted today urging residents to leave their bins out if they are yet to be emptied this week and collections will also be held on Saturday.
The tweet read: “Our bin crews are still catching up from the day they lost due to the snow earlier in the week.
"They will be working on Saturday to go to areas that have been missed. Please leave your bins out if they haven’t been emptied. Thank you for bearing with us.”
