THE next step in a planned housing development has been submitted to Bradford Council.
In 2017 the Council granted outline planning permission for a development of 14 houses on Booth Holme Farm, off Westgate Hill Street in Tong.
Now more detailed plans for the site have been revealed by Hallam Land Management.
The development will include three four-bed houses, 10 three-bed homes and a two bed apartment, as well as a number of detached garages and a new road to the site from Westgate Hill Street.
Long wait for Tong Street improvements could soon be over as funding is approved
The application says: "The proposals create a development that not only respects the site and its surroundings but also provides a high quality and well considered place to live."
A decision on the application is expected in late April.
Although the site is a green field, it is not designated as Green Belt land.
