A DRIVER who was confused over whether he was insured to drive his car saw his vehicle seized last night.
The man was driving his black Volkswagen Passat when spotted by PC Claire Gray in Bradford yesterday.
PC Gray said the driver was stopped as on police systems the car's MOT had expired at the beginning of January.
She said the driver said he thought he was a named driver on the car's insurance, but "unfortunately for his he wasn't".
The car was seized and the driver was reported.
