RULE-breaking hairdresser Sinead Quinn visited her hair salon this morning, but did not open as she suggested she would yesterday.

The Quinn Blakey Hairdressing owner had said "we go again Monday" on social media after her 'Great Opening' threat on Saturday fell flat.

She opened up the salon in Bradford Road, Oakenshaw, this morning, but was only inside briefly and appeared to drop off some envelopes before leaving with a small package.

Bradford Telegraph and Argus:

The conspiracy theory-believing hairdresser racked up £17,000 in fines last year after refusing to close during the November lockdown, quoting a non-existent section of the centuries old Magna Carta, and making bizarre claims about common law and not consenting to being bound by law.

On Saturday, she arrived at the salon but remained sat in her car for 30 minutes before driving off, posting a convoluted rant on Instagram in the mean time.

She then returned to open the salon and was approached by two police community support officers, who joined her inside the salon for ten minutes before she left again.

Bradford Telegraph and Argus:

Today, her Instagram page appears to have been either been suspended by the social media company or deleted, as all previous posts on the account have disappeared. In recent weeks she has shared false information about Covid-19 and the vaccine on her profile.

Last week, she was issued with an injunction by Kirklees Council forbidding her from opening the premises for business, threatening arrest if she did so. The injunction is in place until the end of March.

If Ms Quinn breaches the injunction she could be held in contempt of court and potentially face prison, a fine or having assets seized.
