A MAN is due to appear in court today charged with causing death by careless or inconsiderate driving.
The charge relates to a collision involving a car and pedestrian on September 7, 2019, on Bradford’s major Shipley Airedale Road route.
The road was closed from its junction with Leeds Road to Barkerend Road, and a police cordon put in place, while enquiries were carried out at the scene.
Aazim Imran, 26, of Queens Avenue, Bradford, will appear before magistrates this afternoon.
It’s alleged that on September 7, 2019, he caused the death of Musak Miah on September 18, 2019, by driving a BMW M140i on the A650 Shipley Airedale Road without due care and attention, contrary to section 2B of the Road Traffic Act 1988 and Schedule 2 to the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988.
