BRADFORD has been ranked in the top 10 of UK cities with the best landlords, according to a study.

Interested in tenant satisfaction across the UK, Clearitwaste.co.uk collated landlord ratings on Yell, Google and Marksoutoftenancy.com plus monthly search volumes for landlord issues on Google Ads, and created a points-based index to reveal which city has the best landlords.

Landlords in Bradford were the ninth highest rated with 195 out of 400 points.

Results show Sheffield has the best landlords in Britain. Tenant satisfaction in the city came to a total of 358 out of 400, with high average landlord ratings (91/100) and low searches for landlord issues contributing to its score.

Bradford Telegraph and Argus:

In joint second place are Bristol and Birmingham, with landlords scoring 295 out of 400. An average of 84/100 points on Yell in Birmingham and 95/100 on Google for Bristol mean these cities are great contenders for anyone looking to move.

Flipping the results, in joint last place are Derby and Hull with the worst landlords - scoring just 58 out of 400. Contributing to these low scores are average tenancy ratings of 4/10, Derby’s average Google rating of 3.66/5 and Hull’s Yell rating of 3.48/5.
