POLICE arrested a driver after failing to stop and crashing a car in the Shipley area on Sunday.
The West Yorkshire Police Road Policing Unit in Shipley deployed a pre-emptive stinger to stop the vehicle.
The car had three deflating tyres and failed to stop for the police.
The driver then crashed the car and attempted to escape but after a short foot chase he was detained and arrested by the police.
