TWO lanes are closed and traffic is queuing on a motorway due a crash and emergency repairs.
The works and collision are on the eastbound carriageway of the M62, between junction 26 (M606, Chain Bar) and junction 27 (M621, Gildersome).
The crash involved three vehicles.
Lanes one and two (of three) have been forced to shut while the repairs are being made and the crash is dealt with.
The repairs began at around 4.35pm.
Both issues, and the subsequent lane closures, are causing long delays on the motorway.
Travel time is currently at 45 minutes.
