A PUBLIC consultation on plans to install traffic calming measures to reduce car speeds on Hollingwood Lane has begun.
The plans would see speed plateaus, speed cushions a new traffic island and hatching installed along the length of the road - which links Great Horton Road and Clayton Road.
The street is mainly residential and is also home to Brackenhill Park and Hollingwood Primary School.

Bradford Council started a public consultation on the plans on Friday - and the public have until noon on February 5 to comment on the proposals.
Anyone wanting to object to the plans can email legalobjections@bradford.gov.uk. If there are any objections to the plans, a committee of Councillors will decide how to progress the scheme.
