A FURTHER three Covid-19-related hospital deaths have been reported in the Bradford district today.

According to the latest NHS figures, Airedale NHS Foundation Trust reported three, while Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust did not report any.

At Airedale, two patients died on Friday, January 16, and another patient died on Thursday, January 15.

It means that the total number of hospital deaths in the district, according to NHS England figures, now stands at 690 - 484 at Bradford Teaching Hospitals, 202 at Airedale and two at Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust.

Meanwhile, Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust reported one death on Friday.

Nationally, a further 631 people, who tested positive for the Coronavirus (Covid-19) have died, bringing the total number of confirmed reported deaths in hospitals in England to 60,921.

Patients were aged between 29 and 103 years old. All except 31 (aged 46 to 93 years old) had known underlying health conditions.

Date of death ranges from November 5, 2020 to January 16, 2021.
