According to Zoopla, this is the Bradford property with the biggest overall price reduction.

In total, the asking price has been slashed by 25 per cent since being listed for sale in 2017.

The property itself is in a great location and has an impressive four bedrooms- each of which are incredibly spacious.

However, be prepared to invest some money into refurbishment and modernisation.

Roxburgh Grove, Allerton
£87,000

Last September, this property was put on the market for £114,950.

Since then, £27,950 has been slashed off the original asking price.

The Allerton property has three bedrooms and also benefits from a garden.

While it needs to be refurbished, the property has a lot of potential and there is scope for a side extension to make the property bigger.

It was first listed for sale last September; since then, the property price has been reduced by 22.2 per cent.

This property has three bedrooms and also benefits from gardens both to the front and rear of the property.
