TODAY’S heavy snow has also led to trains being stopped throughout the Bradford district and company's urging passengers not to travel by train.
Northern has reported all of its services between Leeds and Skipton, Leeds and Ilkley, Leeds and Bradford Forster Square, Ilkley and Bradford Forster Square are currently suspended due to damage to the overhead electric wires.
Customers are advised DO NOT TRAVEL.

Due to the road conditions Northern are unable to provide road transport.

All services between Leeds and Shipley/Ilkley are currently suspended due to a tree on the overhead wires.
Meanwhile, Northern’s train services are currently being disrupted due to damage to the overhead electric wires between Leeds and Skipton. All lines have been blocked.
The train disruption is expected until 3.30pm.
