ALL lanes were being held on a major motorway after a multi-vehicle crash.
The accident happened on the eastbound carriageway of the M62, at junction 24 (A629, Ainley Top).
It was first reported at around 8.02am.
One lane of the exit slip-road at the junction was closed and all traffic was held until 8.30am.
The lane remained shut while the vehicles were being recovered.
Snow in the area was not helping traffic.
