Gritters out in Bradford ahead of tonight's low of -2C
GRITTERS will be out in Bradford this afternoon and tonight as temperatures are set to drop in the district.
The council’s gritters were out for a precautionary grit at 4pm today to do a full grit of all priority routes.
Some of the gritting teams will be out across the district tonight where they are needed Temperatures in Bradford will fall to a low of -2C by 7am tomorrow.
As the sun sets today road surface temperatures are forecast to fall to freezing, so our gritter drivers will be out from 4pm to do a full grit of all priority one routes.
