FOUR crews and one aerial appliance were needed to put out a fire above a takeaway premises in the Lower Wortley area of Leeds this morning.
Six breathing apparatus and three hose reels were used to extinguish the building fire, which took place at a 9.26am at Whitehall Road.
A high powered fan was also used to clear smoke from the building.
There were no people in the building at the time.
Two crews for Leeds Fire Station, one each from Morley and Hunslet fire stations, and an aerial appliance all attended the scene.
