A COMMUNITY figure in Bradford has been filmed having the Covid vaccine, urging everyone to follow suit.
Mufti Zubair Butt, a senior adviser on Islamic law at the Institute of Islamic Jurisprudence, Bradford Council For Mosques, was filmed taking his first dose of the vaccine.
Before having his vaccination, he said: “On balance, it is something I will take myself and recommend others taking as well.
“It’s as much as we can do. We are in it all together.
“It requires us to all do our bit.”
