BRADFORD City have said they are devastated to learn of the passing of club stalwart Margaret Scott, aged 84.
But she leaves a lasting legacy, with City choosing to rename their media suite in her honour.
In a heartfelt statement, the club said: "A long-term acquaintance of everyone at Valley Parade, Margaret assisted the Bantams in a number of different roles - over the course of several decades of loyal service.
"She was most recently recognised for her efforts within Valley Parade's media suite.
"The club can today announce that the facility, used on home matchdays by members of the press, will be re-named the Margaret Scott Media Suite - in her memory.
"Margaret leaves behind loving husband Malcolm, who continues to serve as an honorary associate director.
"The thoughts of everybody at the club are with Margaret's loved ones at this difficult time.
"Rest in peace, Margaret Scott."
