A DRIVER has been issued with a Traffic Offence Report (TOR) after their car had a smashed trim and a total suspension failure.
West Yorkshire Police's Roads Policing Unit spotted the grey estate car, which the driver tried to convince officers that it could drive well over potholes and speed bumps.
But officers said the smashed trim at the back of the car ‘suggested otherwise’.
Here is the police’s RPU’s tweet:
Driver of this car tried convincing us that it drives perfectly well over potholes and speed bumps. The smashed trim at the rear suggests otherwise. Total suspension failure got him a TOR and a prohibition. #OpsSupport #team3 pic.twitter.com/Ggg7V7nwuj
