DESSERT restaurant Haute Dolci is preparing to open its doors in Bradford as soon as the city moves out of Tier 3.

The firm has been fitting out a unit at The Broadway Shopping Centre, near to The Light cinema.

Now it has announced that not only will it open up as soon as Tier 3 is over, it will also offer a 50 per cent discount until the end of January to all those with a special key.

The firm, which has eight other outlets, said: "Are you a dessert lover, chocolate addict or burger fanatic in the North looking for something tasty to sink your teeth into? Look no further, Haute Dolci are proud to announce the opening of our brand new store in Bradford – Yorkshire as soon as tier 3 is over."

Its announcement added: "Although 2020 hasn’t been the best year, Haute Dolci just keeps on growing, adding new branches, mouth watering new menus and show stopping discounts guaranteed to please all.

"With a whopping eight stores currently open across the UK, we already dominate the dessert market, and now we are bringing our luxury desserts to Bradford! So why not come down and help us celebrate the new addition to our ever growing family!"

The dessert chain is expected to create around 30 jobs.

Its dessert menu feature waffles, cakes and pancakes, and a cafe menu offers burgers and salads too. The company's website also hints that a breakfast menu is coming soon.

The statement added: "We have created a classy, chic and sophisticated spot right in the heart of Bradford, where customers can enjoy their grand desserts and incredible cuisine.

"With sleek, outstanding furnishings and our unmistakable high end taste the new Bradford branch is simply unmissable. Take a break from your retail therapy with a velvety smooth hot chocolate and enjoy the elegant, stylish interior.

"We have ensured nothing but the best for our customers every step of their delicious journey. We are more than a restaurant, we offer a feeling of pure bliss through the art of delectable, creative cuisine.

"Customers can expect the highest quality of service from our award winning brand, our famous warm Belgium chocolate taps and our new savoury menu in partnership with IceBurg."

Nizam Mohamed, CEO and co-founder of Haute Dolci said: “We are extremely proud of how far we have come. We take great pride in providing our customers with nothing but the best. From the moment our customers enter our stores, we want them to feel delighted by our service and this is what we aim to achieve with our new Bradford branch.”

Haute Dolci has taken the last remaining unit in the extension to the shopping centre along Broadway, which houses The Light cinema, Pizza Express and Specsavers.

Earlier this year Ian Ward, general manager at The Broadway, Bradford, told the T&A that Haute Dolci had taken a unit that can seat up to 104 diners. He said the dessert restaurant offered customers “a new and exciting dining experience, further adding to The Broadway’s growing and diverse portfolio.”
