ALL lanes were stopped on the M62 Eastbound this afternoon following an accident between two cars.
The AA warned that traffic was stationary between Junction 26 M606 (Chain Bar) and Junction 28 M621 (Gildersome).
It is understood that traffic was stopped at 1.20pm and resumed at 1.34pm.
The collision, involving a red Volkswagen Gold and a grey Ford Kuga, took place around the Chain Bar area.
This road remains closed, according to West Yorkshire Police.
Two people have been taken to hospital for a check up.
