THE Bone Cancer Research Trust, which has an office in Horsforth, is asking people to save their used stamps and forward them to them so they can turn them into funds.

The charity said: "More postage stamps are used in December than any other time of the year. We are appealing for your support this Christmas by asking your readers to save their stamps and help to fund life-saving research into primary bone cancer.

"Christmas is coming and soon you’ll be getting Christmas cards in the post. All you need to do is save your used stamps or horizon labels from the UK or overseas."
