BRADFORD City captain Richard O’Donnell has urged men to reach out for support if they need it to mark International Men’s Day.
The goalkeeper was calling for any men struggling with any issues to speak out, as help will be available.
International Men’s Day, which is today, is held each year to celebrate boys' and men's achievements and contributions, in particular for their contributions to nation, society, community, family, marriage, and childcare.

O’Donnell said: “If you are struggling at any point with anything in life, then don’t be afraid to speak out.
“There is always someone there to listen and help you out.
“Don’t keep it to yourself, it’s good to talk.”
