SIR - We often hear the term "lessons will be learned ". It would be nice if for once they were.

Hospitals once again being overrun with Covid sufferers, yet the so-called Nightingale hospitals remain practically unused and everyone else with all their ailments, in some cases life threatening, are ignored again.

Why can't they send the Covid sufferers to the Nightingale hospitals and treat them in isolation? Remember the fever hospitals?

At the same time we hear the monstrosity better known as High Point in Bradford is to be refurbished by a company called Circus Developments. I wonder if Messrs Johnson and Hancock are on the board of directors.
