THERE's been delays on a major Bradford route this afternoon following a multi-vehicle crash.
Tong Street was blocked outside the retail block where Subway is located, but has now cleared.
There were thought to be at least three vehicles involved, with photographs on social media showing significant damage.
The railings were hit and debris was strewn across the road.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesman said a vehicle made off from police at just before 12.40pm, crashed "almost straight away" and the driver ran from the scene.
Firefighters were called, but were not required.
Nobody is thought to have been seriously injured.
