A REAL ale pub will go under the hammer at a property auction next month.
The Red Rooster on Elland Road in Brookfoot, between Brighouse and Elland, will have a guide price of £110,000 at the online Pugh Property auction - which takes place on Wednesday October 21.
The pub, popular with real ale fans before it shut, was built in the early 20th Century.
It shut its doors in March 2019.

As well as the ground floor traditional pub area, the property includes a three bedroom living space on the first floor and a beer garden.
Marketing material for the pub says it is free from any ties, and is ready for immediate trading. It also says there is “potential to introduce food” at the pub.
