POLICE have issued an appeal for witnesses after an 11-year-old cyclist suffered serious injuries in a crash with a car.
West Yorkshire Police was called to reports of a collision involving a Grey Audi and red BMX at 5.45pm on Saturday, September 19.
It was on Stanningley Road, heading away from Leeds city centre.
The cyclist, an 11-year-old boy, was rushed to hospital.
He currently remains there in a serious condition.
Police would like to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time, or who witnessed the collision, or may have dash cam footage.
