POLICE seized a car from an uninsured driver with no licence after they were seen "hitting kerbs".
PC Claire Gray, a Roads Policing Officer with West Yorkshire Police, spotted the white Renault Captur at around 12.14am this morning.
The officer said the driver "seemed to like hitting the kerbs".
