THERE have been no new coronavirus-related deaths at any of Yorkshire's hospitals today, according to the NHS.

It is now three days since the last new reported direct death from the virus at any of Bradford Royal Infirmary (BRI), Airedale General Hospital or Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust.

This was after yesterday's update, which confirmed there were no new reported direct deaths from coronavirus at any of the above hospitals.

It means the total death toll at hospitals in the district now stands at 352.

Of those deaths, 241 have been reported by Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, 109 by Airedale NHS Foundation Trust and two by Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust.

There were a total of 12 deaths recorded across England today, ranging between August 27 and September 8.

The deaths which took place yesterday - two in total - were recorded at Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust.

These deaths were recorded at the following hospitals: Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust, Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust, Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust, Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust, Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust, Dartford and Gravesham NHS trust and East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust.
