A Bradford businessman, facing charges under the Environmental Protection Act, had his case adjourned by magistrates yesterday.
Nirmal Singh is accused of three charges of failing to comply with an abatement notice and five licensing offences.
Applying for the adjournment to consider the evidence, his solicitor, Nicholas Leadbeater, said the proceedings related to a function hall in Marlborough Road, Manningham, Bradford.
The court adjourned the case until December 19. Singh, 56, of Walk Hill Farm, Apperley Bridge, did not attend court. The offences carry a maximum fine on conviction of £2,000.
