The jury in the Jankee Jaimungal murder trial is expected to retire to consider its verdicts tomorrow.
Three people - Leeann Lamb, 21, her boyfriend Jonathon Langley, 22, both of Prospect Road, Heckmondwike, and 46-year-old Ian Trafford - deny the murder of Mr Jaimungal at Trafford's flat in Staincliffe, Batley, in March this year.
During the two-week trial at Leeds Crown Court the jury has been told that Mr Jaimungal, 72, was punched, kicked and stamped on in a sustained assault.
The judge, Mrs Justice Swift began summing up the case today and was expected to send the jury out to start their deliberations tomorrow.
