FOR the 13th day running, there have been zero COVID-19-related deaths reported by hospitals in the Bradford district, according to today's NHS England figures.
The last day any new deaths were reported at a hospital in the district was Monday, 3 August.
It means that the death toll at hospitals in the Bradford district remains at 347 - with 236 of those deaths reported by Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, 109 by Airedale NHS Foundation Trust and two by Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust.
Nationally, a further two people who tested positive for coronavirus have died, bringing the total number of confirmed reported deaths in hospitals in England to 29,458.
One of the two patients died at Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, and the other at West Hertfordshire Hospitals NHS Trust.
The patients were aged between 89 and 91 years old and both had known underlying health conditions.
Their families have been informed.
