A 22-year-old man has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving after a pedestrian was killed in a collision following a police chase in June.
Adam Badkin, of Lofthouse, Wakefield, has also been charged with driving while disqualified and driving without insurance in relation to the crash on Tuesday, June 9, in Leeds Road, Outwood, in Wakefield.
Badkin is alleged to have been involved in a police pursuit when his vehicle hit Adam Kitson, 44, a pedestrian, who was killed.
He has been bailed and is due to appear before Leeds Magistrates Court tomorrow on Friday, August 14.
