POLICE have seized a Lamborghini after it was stopped a second time for being driven in an anti-social manner.

The yellow Lamborghini Urus was stopped in Bradford Road, Cleckheaton, by officers from the Neighbourhood Policing Team in Batley and Spen.

They said the driver had previously been issued with a Section 59 warning for driving the car in an anti-social manner, and was still driving in an unacceptable manner when spotted again.

The officers said: "Previous section 59 warning for anti social driving?

"Still driving in an anti social manner? Wave goodbye to your motor."

On Facebook, local residents responded in jubilant fashion, with one saying the vehicle had been driven dangerously in nearby Heckmondwike, and another bluntly called the car a pain in the backside.

The Lamborghini Urus is the Italian supercar maker's SUV model, boasting more than 600bhp and a top speed of 190mph. However its looks have proved unpopular with car critics - former Top Gear host Jeremy Clarkson's website Drivetribe described the Urus as "absolutely revolting".
