THERE have been zero COVID-19-related deaths reported by hospitals in the Bradford district for the sixth day in a row, according to today's NHS England figures.

It means that the death toll at hospitals in the Bradford district remains at 347, with 236 of those deaths reported by Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, 109 by Airedale NHS Foundation Trust and two by Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust.

NHS England publishes the figures at 2pm each day, including confirmed death cases reported at 4pm the previous day.

Nationally, a further 10 people, who tested positive for the Coronavirus (Covid-19) have died, bringing the total number of confirmed reported deaths in hospitals in England to 29,411.

Patients were aged between 45 and 89 years old. All had known underlying health conditions.

Three of those deaths were recorded in the North East & Yorkshire region.

One covid-19 patient sadly died at the Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust while two other patients died at North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust.

Their families have been informed.
