THE Light Cinema in Bradford is to re-open on Friday, August 21.
Safety measures include encouraging cinema-goers to make online booking; cashless payments only; amended auditoria layouts allowing friends and family to sit together at a social distance from others; regular cleaning and sanitisers; protective screens at till points; staff wearing face coverings, managed traffic flows and food delivery to seats. August screenings include Christopher Nolan’s Tenet and a 40th anniversary re-release of Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back.
CEO James Morris said: “We are delighted to be reopening and have been busy preparing our cinemas to give guests the reassurance they need to be able to relax and enjoy the big screen experience once again in a clean and safe environment.
"I want to thank everyone for their patience and support, and we look forward to welcoming guests back and to ensuring that they experience the best in cinema.”
