THERE has been no new reported deaths from coronavirus at ANY hospitals in Yorkshire and the Humber.

NHS England announced in today's update that there were no further deaths reported from the COVID-19 virus at hospitals in the Bradford district.

It means it is now four days since the last new reported death from the virus at any of Bradford Royal Infirmary (BRI), Airedale General Hospital or Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust.

The total death toll at hospitals in the Bradford district remains at 345 today - 234 at BRI, 109 at Airedale and two at Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust.

There were an extra four deaths reported today across England, taking the total number of confirmed reported deaths in hospitals in the country to 29,342.

Two of the deaths were at Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust, with one each at Bedford Hospital NHS Trust and University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust.

Patients in today's update were aged between 78 and 84-years-old. 

All patients had underlying health conditions.

Their families have been informed.
