HERE’S the moment a Keighley petrol head wins an £80,000 set of wheels from dream car competitions’ company BOTB.

Modusar Akram was left speechless after scooping a brand-new Mercedes C63-S AMG Coupe worth more than £80,000 in BOTB’s dream car competition, meaning he can kiss goodbye to his old Golf TDI.

The 33-year-old father-of-one was completely shocked when BOTB presenter Christian Williams turned up at his door to tell him he’d won this week’s prize.

He said: “I never in a million years expected to see Christian at my house.

“I still feel like I’m dreaming.”

Since being founded in 1999 by William Hindmarch, BOTB has given away more than £34m worth of prizes, including supercars, cash and holidays.

Incredibly, this is BOTB’s second winner this month in the town of Keighley.

Modusar, who was working from home when he got the surprise of a lifetime, said he played for the Mercedes because he just loves German cars.

He added: “I’m a huge fan of German cars.

“They’re renowned for their amazing performance and even more amazing exhaust noise. “The Mercedes is so powerful and it looks incredible.”

The C63-S AMG Coupe boasts a 4.0-litre twin turbo V8 engine which has 503bhp.

My wife turns the big 3-0 next year and she’s been hinting at getting a new car for ages - so this has saved me a few quid

Christian, who surprises winners all over the country every week, said: “I have the best job in the world surprising BOTB players every week with their dream car.

“Modusar played for an amazing car, and I’m so happy for him. I hope he enjoys it - although it sounds like his wife might end up driving it more than him”
