According to Zoopla, this is the most expensive street in Blackburn and the average property value is £873,040- and this is actually 10% less than it was 12 months ago.

One of the most expensive properties on the street has an estimated value of £1.5m- £1.72m and it last sold for £1.2m in 2011.

The six bed, three bathroom property is currently on the market if you have a spare £1.5 million and can afford the £3,893 estimated monthly running costs.

Saccary Lane, Mellor

The average property value on this street Is £690,037.

One of the more expensive properties on Saccary Lane has five bedrooms and nine bathrooms- it has an upper estimate of £1.76m.

Commons Lane, Balderstone

Zoopla estimates that the average property value on Commons Lane is £608,930.

However, properties have sold for more, including one in 2008 which sold for £750,000.

One four bed, three bedroom, farm even has an upper estimate of £1.07m.

On average, properties on Cherry Drive are valued at around £580,243.

One of the most expensive properties on the street has an upper estimate of £731,000 and sold for £645,000 in 2017.

It has five bedrooms, four bathrooms and estimated running costs of £2,128 per month.

Further Lane, Mellor

According to Zoopla, the average property value on this street is £555,796.

One of the pricier properties on Further Lane sold for £735,00 in April and currently has an upper estimated value of £893,000.
