SPECTACULAR drone footage of Bradford Royal Infirmary filmed for an upcoming Stacey Dooley documentary has been released.
The drone was being used to take aerial for an upcoming BBC Panorama documentary filmed in the hospital’s maternity ward last month.
The programme, to be broadcast early next month on BBC One, will see presenter Stacey Dooley spend a week at the site as she met new parents during the coronavirus crisis.
She thanked the people of Bradford in a video posted on social media after her time in the city.
Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust tweeted an explanation for the drone earlier today:
🎥 A drone recently flew over BRI to take this aerial footage of the site for a #Panorama documentary on @BTHFTMaternity, after @StaceyDooley & @CandourTV spent a week filming most of the programme with staff & patients. Look out for the programme in early August on @BBCOne! #NHS pic.twitter.com/1OVL15TFV1
