Walker was on a train between Harrington and Workington on February 12 when she used abusive or threatening words or behaviour towards a woman.
In a separate incident on February 5, she also stole £8 worth of goods from Asda in Workington.
As well as the curfew, she was ordered to pay a £95 victim surcharge, £85 court costs and to pay compensation for the items stolen.
