THESE eerie pictures show the derelict state of two former Bradford pubs.
The pictures were shared with the Telegraph & Argus by urban explorer The Derelict North.
These photos below show the inside of The Newby Square, on Bowling Old Lane,
The pub closed its doors in 2016. It was stripped of its licence in after police were called to a brawl involving up to 100 people in scenes described by the police as ‘total mayhem’. The police, who had to send firearms officers to the scene, said up to 100 people had been involved in the fighting, with tables and chairs smashed to be used as weapons.
The Bradford Arms, on Bowling Back Lane, has been derelict since arsonists damaged it in January 2017, forcing the landlord and his family to flee for their lives.
Last year, councillors called for its “urgent” demolition after it was hit by another fire.
In August 2017, businessman Saleem Siddique said: “I will be putting in an application to demolish the pub. It’s had its day.”
