A MAN who was arrested for breaking his Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) has been ordered not to enter any part of Shipley town centre.
West Yorkshire Police's Shipley team detained a male on Sunday, June 28, after officers discovered he was breaching his CBO.
The CBO was handed to him earlier this month.
The man was bailed to court and issued with conditions to not enter any part of Shipley town centre.
His CBO is also still in place.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: "Yesterday, Sunday 28th June, a male was arrested for breaching his Criminal Behaviour Order which occurred earlier this month.
"The male has been bailed to court and been issued with conditions to not enter any part of Shipely town centre and his Criminal Behaviour Order is still in place."
