A BRADFORD family are asking the public for help after the disappearance of their dog last week.

The family believe that their brindle and white Staffordshire bull terrier, Roxy, was stolen from their home in Lingfield Grove, Wilsden, on 25 June.

The family say they are offering a reward of £400 for any information which directly leads to the her safe return, while information will also be treated with "the strictest confidence."

Roxy, who is pictured above, takes daily medication for a heart condition, has distinctive markings and is spayed and microchipped.

The family say they feel "completely torn apart" after her disappearance, and "want her back home, as the house is empty without her."

Busters Animal SOS Team - which aims to help locate missing and stolen pets - is also encouraging the public to come forward with information, and has notified the police and dog warden services.

Anyone with information can contact Busters Animal SOS Team on 07858263049 or on 07931175135.
