POLICE have launched a murder investigation after a man died in Batley on Sunday night.
Officers were called to reports of an altercation on Park Croft, just before 10.30pm.
A 20 year-old man was taken to hospital but later died. Enquiries into the incident remain ongoing
Any witnesses are asked to call police on 101 quoting log 1925 of Sunday, June 21.
A male has been arrested on suspicion of murder and remains in police custody..
