Bradford-based direct mail company Otto UK has appointed a local company to manage its 300-strong company car fleet.
Otto UK, which trades as Grattan, Freemans, Kaleidoscope and the newly-launched Oli brand, has teamed up with Stanningley-based Zenith Vehicle Contracts.
Howard Churchill, of Otto, said: "We decided to appoint Zenith because it has an innovative and flexible approach to fleet management and a reputation for delivering what it promises.
"This minimises the administrative burden for companies such as ours."
Zenith, whose profits rose by 18 per cent from £3.3 million to £3.9 million earlier this year, recently underwent its third management buyout in four years.
The management team, headed by chief executive Andrew Cope and finance director Mark Phillips, took control of the company in a deal worth a total of £40 million.
Philip Jerome, Zenith's new business sales director, said: "The fact that our businesses are based so close to each other makes the appointment even more pleasing."
