Bradford social housing group Incommunities is restarting repair work to its properties next week.
The programme of urgent and non-urgent repairs is being phased-in over a few weeks, from Monday (June 8).
Customers who have logged a repair request since lockdown began will be contacted to arrange a suitable time for the work to be carried out.
Incommunities warns there is a backlog, which will “take some time” to work through, so is appealing to tenants to be patient.
The group is also looking to restart letting homes and will be contacting customers to arrange viewings and tenancy sign-ups when properties are ready.
Over the past ten weeks, Incommunities has maintained key services and provided support to its older and vulnerable customers – including making over 7,000 welfare calls.
